Welcome to My Conscious Yoga. My name is Caroline Brookes and I run group yoga classes for adults (including beginners), private classes, children's classes in primary schools and outdoor classes in the sunshine. Yoga can help you to feel fit and strong, increase flexibility, balance and coordination, learn breathing techniques, enjoy some calm and relaxation and can help to calm the nervous system. I believe in inclusivity and the yoga I offer is available to all. Group classes are held in the wonderful Fenton's Community Centre in South Cerney, and I run outdoor classes at Upper Up recreation grounds next to the lake. I also run classes for private groups staying in holiday homes in the area. I offer private classes for individuals and small groups too. Do contact me for more information.
